hello...i am just new here, though i had been reading this site from the very beginning..it was very helpful and informative and thank you so much...now, my question is my visa packet had cut or rip on the side...what's the best thing to do?please help and your immediate response is greatly appreciated..thanks!

the cut on the upper part is normal just make sure you dont open it and dont forget your CFO sticker congrats! :thumbs:

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

hi, thank you for your quick response...on the upper side i know it's normal..what i mean on the lower side due to mishandling of the messenger...which resulted to the rip on the lower side of the envelope..do you think it's necessary for me to go the embassy and have it repacked? thanks again!

if you want a peace of mind you can call the USEM about it and ask them if they repacked it again ;)
