by looking at ur timeline i think this is the right time for u to get things started before u get approved.

so u'll b sending in 2 packets. DS230 (beneficiary) and I-864 (petitioner)

Once u get approved after about 4 days of approval, start calling the NVC 1 603-334-0700. enter ur USCIS receipt # and if the AVR doesnt recognize ur case # then reach the live operator and give them 2 email addresses.

from thereon, u'll get ds3032 (choice of agent) but the beneficiary has to send in the email format:

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

beneficiary can also mail the pdf version of ds3032 out but its b8r to send the email format. saves ur time.

u'll also receive the AOS bill along with ds3032, u'll have to enter ur NVC case # and invoice ID # which they'll send u in ur 1st email.

http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_4354.html

pay ur AOS bill and in 1 or 2 days, it'll b showed as paid, print the cover sheet, attach it to ur i-864 packet and mail it in. if u dont meet the poverty lines, find a joint sponser and gather their documents before hand.

IV bill will become available to b paid online once ur ds3032 gets accepted.
