Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for all the information and recommendations that you provided. Luckily, we got our NOA 2 with your help !!!

Now we're getting the rest of the documents ready for my interview, that is police records, certificates that I have not been previously married, aff of support prepared by my fiance etc. I have two questions, I would really appreciate your response.

1. In my G325 A form I provided two phone numbers, a landline number and a cell phone. My cell phone number has been changed, should I inform the US Embassy in Armenia about the change ? I know I am supposed to receive a package from them, just want to make sure they can contact me without problems.

2. My fiance changed his job and it's already his 2nd week at his new place. He will fill out aff. of support based on his new job. But as far as I understand I also need to show during the interview in the embassy my fiance's previous 3-4 pay stubs, previous tax statements. We are planning to show the ones related to previous work. What else do you think I should ask my fiance to send me related to his work ?

Thank you once again !

Best regards,

Bimik

We sent out I 129 f application on 8th of March 2010... so basically after 50 days we got our NOA 2. It says that the original visa petition is now forwarded to the Department of State National Visa Center (NVC) and that it's processing should be completed in 2 to 4 weeks. And only then NVC will send the petition to US Embassy in my country.

By the way, does my fiancee need to send me the original of NOA2 ?

Thank you !

I would call the Embassy to advise them of your new cell phone number (especially if Armenia is like my fiancee's Embassy in San Jose where they call you to come and pick up the packet 3).

Also, regarding your fiancee's new job... Definitely provide W-2's and tax returns from the old job, but I would also obtain a letter of employment from your fiancee's new company stating his date of hire, position and annual salary. Get as many pay stubs as is possible from the new job to take to your interview.

Best of luck,

Alan
