I have a question about how to fill in the I-94 properly.

Does the address on it (# 12: address while in the US) have to be the same as the one written in the forms to obtain the visa?

My problem is that I will be living at a different place and so will my fiancee, bc she is going to finish school and doesn't intend to stay there where she's been living so far.

Also, living in a place different than the one indicated in the forms submitted to the consulate, will I have to communicate my change of address to USCIS? how do I do that?
