I received the visa appointment checklist and we have our interview on May 10 in Kingston, Jamaica. It states that we must pay the non-refundable US$131 visa fee. I am assuming that we need to pay this prior to the interview and take the receipt with us, is this correct? Then at the interview, hopefully it will be approved, we have to pay the DHL fee for delivery? Thanks to anyone who can clarify for me!

Although we went through a different Consulate, the fee must be paid prior to the appointment and the receipt is the proof. The DHL is paid after the interview, so bring enough for that. It was 8 USD for us in Mexico. Hope that helps.
