Anybody who just pass the interview in Jakarta US Counsul?. What did u bring (the complete documents) for interview?. What about Police Certificate? Is it from POLDA or POLRES? All Indonesian documents must be translated into English?. Should we use the Sworn translator pointed by US Counsul?.

Thanks.

Hi, Utha.

My wife (was fiancee) passed the interview in January'10.

I have her brought the documents that the embassy listed in the (email).

Also, she brought extra supporting docs for evidence of relationship like emails, photos (post I-129F filing), but they were not asked for.

Police Certificate is not required for Indonesian if the person has been in Indonesia forever :P

There used to be Police Cert requirement, but not anymore. The embassy's email should tell you this thing.

Unless they change the rule again :)

Yes, All indonesian documents (the ones that being requested in the email) must be translated into English, and yes, they suggested that you use the Sworn translators.

:)
