Much like the Leafs--he doesn't make play off appearances!! lol

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

Flames!! That was too good.

I must admit that I'm really pulling for Phoenix. They're definitely underdogs who have really surprised! They also have Wolski now, who I still love :)

Between the Avs and the Coyotes, Hugglebuggles has now doomed two teams to first-round playoff elimination. Excellent work.

(As a Sabres fan, can I have you root for the Bruins in the next series? Thanks... ;))

Woo Hoo Detroit.

Not even close...which was a bit of a surprise.

Next, on to San Jose.

I was just thinking about that last night! Apparently whenever I cheer for a team I doom them. Maybe this is why the Leaf's have played so poorly for so many years? :P

I'm watching the Montreal/Washington game right now and trying my best to just keep my mouth shut

Ok, so Go Bruins!!

 I didn't say anything, I promise!

But, I really was hoping Montreal would win!

So, NHL=2, Huggles=1

I'm getting there :P

It's almost like... Montreal was playing to win, and the Caps we're playing not to lose. It really didn't work out.

So, should I declare my intentions on the next series, or just let "free will" decide the outcomes?

You're right everbody was amazed when Bob Gainey took Carey Price with his first pick a few yrs. back.

They did play very good and had OV's number he's not so nifty with the puck in crowded ice and someone in his lane all the time. WA. power play sucked for a team that had the best power play in the NHL this season they sure didn't show it

I hope my killer B's get to meet MTL but Sid The Kid and company will play totally different than WA. with more speed in the break out

I think I am the true harbinger of doom when it comes to NHL teams. I buy a Stasny sweater.... the Nordiques leave town. I buy an Adam Deadmarsh sweater, he gets a career ending head injury. Did I mention my Pat LaFontaine sweater? I think I need an Avalanche sweater  I root for the kings, but in the eventuality that they either don't make the playoffs or get eliminated, I pull for either the blackhawks or redwings. I've never really had to choose before. It's the Probert effect. I wish I still had both my blackhawk and redwing probert sweaters...... ex-girlfriends can really be cruel sometimes.
