What is this and how do I make my last name private?

Hi Everyone I am new to the forum and my sister was on facebook and she typed my name and this link came up

I am not sure what it is and how they have mine and my fiance's real name. Other ppl seem to be able to hide their last names.. does anyone know?

I'm not sure which one you are or if I can help. But it could be when you first set up the timeline. Go back into your timeline to add/edit and see the area in the boxes where your names are. I just entered our first initials and didn't add our names. Try that and submit the changes and see if that's the issue.

Ok I think I'm wrong on that beause I just checked your timeline and it only shows your first name. I wasn't able to get your timeline before I sent my first email.

I just entered our first initials and didn't add our names. Try that and submit the changes and see if that's the issue.

hmmm I tried that but its still didn't work. funny enough I had never entered our full names etc.. thats whay I was kinda weirded out by it. I will keep looking... thank you for your reply though :)
