Yeah! I should be able to make it to my best friend's wedding and I can start my planning my own wedding in August!

Finally we can start planning the wedding, POE, and all the stuff that goes with it!! Thanks MTL!!! :dance:

Hi,

Just a quick tip for anyone who has an interview on June 11 like me. There's a big art festival happening in Montreal that weekend and consequently, hotels are booked up or really expensive.

I did find an affordable place ($65/night!!) that has good reviews on Trip Advisor. It's called Hotel Plateau Royale, and it's a 12-minute bus ride to the consulate. The bus goes right by the hotel and it comes every 6 minutes. It's a good option for anyone who doesn't want to shell out $300+ for a hotel room!

Also, there's a great diner called Dusty's that's really close to the hotel. Blintzes! Yum :)

There were a couple more when I did a search for similar timelines with interview dates between May 3 and June 30. Who knows when the next interviews will be. Looks like kizza gets a VJ buddy on June 14!

This could be read as asking "will interviews for June be scheduled in July"... which I totally wouldn't put past Montreal. :lol:
