Buna!

Packet 3 from the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest contains the following items:

- standard checklist, personalized by the consular officers according to which extra documents they want your fiancees to show them at the interview, generally documents which are not attached to the approved petition sent to Bucharest by NVC;

- one copy of the DS-230 Part I form (in English);

- two copies of DS-156 (in Romanian);

DS-230 Part I must be completed, signed, dated and returned to the Immigrant Visa Unit together with the signed and dated checklist, one passport photograph and a copy of the fiancee's passport (only the personal data page) so he/she can be scheduled for the interview. Forms DS-230 Part II (completed only up to item 35), DS-156 (in duplicate) and DS-156k will be signed and dated during the interview and in the presence of the consular officer.

- form DS-157 (for male applicants only);

Cum e aceasta procedura? Cam in cat timp se finalizeaza? Ce tarife sunt? (cam in total) faci asta singura sau cu ajutorul unui avocat?

Salut!

O sa poata sa dea examenul pt. permis in lb romana.

Va petrece probabil mult timp in Romania si aici numai cateva luni pe an.

In privinta fratelui, am inteles ca dureaza vreo 10 ani. E un proces foarte lung... :(

Acasa am lucrat in vanzari si imi aduc aminte de o femeie mai in varsta care a venit aici in vizita si ia placut ff mult. :)

Socrului meu ia luat 7 ani pana a putut sa emigreze.
