I'm a little unclear as to what you are asking, and you have no timeline -- A little more info would help us help you --

You say your petition is filed and approved? Meaning, did you receive a NOA2 from the NVC? When?

Are you saying you have not received any mail from the NVC after the approval? No messages? Are you two registered with the USCIS website so you can check the status of your petition?

If you share a little more info maybe we'll be able to address your questions better.

Aside from that, you need to visit St. Lukes for your medical exam prior to your interview. All you need to show up with is a copy of your NOA2 and either your NVC case number or the actual letter from the NVC with the case number on it. Here is some info on that as well as what is required for the interview. This PDF should answer most of your questions:

If you want, you can PM me in Tagalo with exactly what you are asking and I'll have my fiancée respond back to you right away --

I just noticed you said your "husband" filed your K-1 petition, which is impossible as it is a fiancé(e) visa and excludes married couples by its very nature. I'm still not sure exactly where you are in the process. Message me and we'll see if we can iron it out.
