Rescheduling AOS Interview

Can anyone tell me how to reschedule our AOS interview? I called 1-800-375-5283 and they told me to follow the instructions on the interview notice. My wife tells me that the instructions on the notice say to call 1-800-375-5283 to reschedule. My wife has to read it to me because I am away from home. I will appreciate anyone's help on this. Thanks

Probably will need to call again and see if you can get an operator who knows more. Or schedule an INFOpass.

It is extremely difficult to successfully change an interview date. Some members have found that although the change is "confirmed", after their originally scheduled date, they get a letter saying they missed the interview, the application will be denied!

Unless there is a life or death emergency, I would strongly suggest that you do everything possible in your power to meet the originally scheduled date.
