Good day everyone, but I'm definitely not good, I'm piss with this doctor. If anyone who's near tacoma, puyallup, federal way or WASHINGTON AREA. Don't be fool that this Dr. Renato Fajardo charge very minimal amount with your transcription for AOS. If you request for transcription, he will seal lacking forms or I-693. Just be aware of this silly doctor!!! He doesn't know what his doin definitely. I trust him because he is a Filipino, but no, Filipinos that do business don't care if you are a Filipino.

Now I did the whole medical thing because my husband wants to be sure that there's no possible RFE. But take note I'm still good for just a transcription because I'm not over a year took the whole medical thingy.

You're Gods' wonderful blessing... I'm so happy to be with my baby, dog eddie, mom and dog molly...

Extremely happy with my married life, but we're praying for a baby this 2010, so help us GOD....

Sorry to hear your troubles, tee_pee13. (F)

My wife went to this doctor to have her medical. So far, we haven't received any RFE notices.

She had her biometrics as scheduled. We're just waiting for our interview appointment or CSC transfer. I can't speak for everyone, but in our case, Dr. Fajardo was very concise and thorough.

I took my new bride to have her I-693 transcribed along with a couple need vaccinatons to this doctor. Everything seemed very professional and on the up and up. I sent her papers in this week. He provided her papers in a sealed envelope for the I-485 Application. I have no reason, at this time, to doubt his capabilities. I live in Federal Way so it was very convienant.

I don't think it's proper to call a doctor a QUACK just because you got a RFE.

First of all, can you please explain what did he do or failed to do?

Second, what's the content of the RFE letter?

Third, maybe you missed to put a supporting document in your AOS packet that's why you got the RFE.

And last, I see that you entered the US on a K-1 visa. Sometimes, the USCIS people tend to forget that a person who came to the US on a K-1 visa had already done his/her full medical exam in his/her own country. That's why they're looking for the full medical report and sent the RFE. If this is your case, all you need to do is to simply write a letter to USCIS stating that you already did your medical exam in the Philippines. If Dr. Fajardo gave you a copy of the I-693 with his signature on it, photocopy it and send it along with your letter. Then download and print this -> http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-693instr.pdf . Highlight page 4 Section III No. 2 and attach it as well with your letter. Once you've done that, the USCIS will no longer send you a RFE. :) (And no need to do the medical exam again. ;))

I hope that helps. God bless! ^_^
