Help!!! 2 Different Info of Marriage Contract (I-130 filing)

Hi all, I hope someone can help me with this...

My parents got married twice the first is Civil after I was born they had their Chruch Wedding. Now when they got their NSO copy of their Marriage Certificate it was their Church Wedding that they release. So that's what I sent to USCIS. And then they went to NSO again to ask for extra copies bec they only got one original copy of their NSO marriage contract and they gave them the Civil Wedding. They said they change their rules already, they will only release the first activity of their wedding which happens to be their Civil Wedding. Now the papers I sent to USCIS will not coincide with the other extra copies they gave. What should we do with these? Any suggestions? Will a official letter from NSO stating that their rules have change and only the first wedding will be given will be okay to submit to USCIS? Or should they have a lawyer notarize a letter stating that the one submitted was a Church Wedding date and the copy we got now is their Civil Date. Also there's a bunch of mistype on their Civil Wedding NSO copy. My mom's middle initial is type O instead of C but when my mama sign her signature, she sign her middle initial as C. The name of my mother's mother(which is my grandma) is different too, her Birth Certificate says S____a same with the Church Wedding copy but the Civil Wedding copy states that it's P____a. My dad's age was mistype too, they put age 23 when he is 20 yrs old that time. Please HELP!!!! What should we do??? :help::crying:

Note: The NSO copy of Marriage Contract (Chruch Wedding) was requested on 2003. There's no validity on these copies. My father also asked them before if they had their Civil Wedding record there and shouldn't it be the one they get since it was filed first. But the one he talk to at that time said they have no copy of their Civil Wedding. Now after 30 years their Civil Wedding is now on filed :wacko: and since it was the first wedding, that's what they gave them now.

10/13/2010 - @ 1:28 AM CT I RCVD an email from NVC for my Mom's Case# & to pay AOS fee bill of $88. Haven't RCVD any yet for my Dad's petition.

10/13/2010 - @ 3:49 AM CT I RCVD an email from NVC for my Mom's DS-3032

10/13/2010 - @ 5:08 AM CT Emailed NVC to registered our respective Email Add'es.

10/13/2010 - @ 2:47 PM CT Finally got thru to NVC & registered our Email Add'es & Got my Dad's NVC Case#. Yey!

10/14/2010 - Paid AOS fee of $88.00 for Both Parents

10/14/2010 - Emailed DS 3032

10/15/2010 - @ 10:30 PM RCVD an email from NVC for my Dad's ACL Universal

10/16/2010 - @ 12:53 PM RCVD Signed DOCS package from my Parents

10/19/2010 - @ 12:33 AM AOS shown as PAID & Printed the AOS Cover Sheet

10/20/2010 - Sent DS 3032 Hard Copy

10/25/2010 - DS 3032 Delivered

10/28/2010 - Sent I-864 (AOS) on the Mail

10/28/2010 - @ 4:49 AM DS 3032 Accepted

11/01/2010 - IV Fee Bill Generated

11/02/2010 - AOS Delivered

11/15/2010 - My Parents RCVD their NEW Passports, PAID IV Fee Bill of $404 for each Parent

11/16/2010 - IV Fee Bill shown as PAID & Printed the coversheet

12/02/2010 - DS 230 Mailed

12/30/2010 - NVC emailed me Case Complete

01/18 & 19/2011 - Medical DONE

02/03/2011 - Interview @8:30 AM APPROVED!!!

02/09/2011 - Visa on Hand

03/11/2011 - Fly out, POE: San Fo

But really they just change this just recently. It took them how many years before they could update their system, I guess. :rolleyes:
