I-485 questions

A# goes in Part 1 (that is the A# on the back of your I-94)

Nonimmigrant visa number does in Part 3 (that is the K-1 visa number printed on the visa itself)

I-765 questions

K-1 visa and K-1 status

Yes - you can file them all together - fee is $1010

(dont forget your G325a also)

Its pretty well laid out in the guides section under AOS - K-1 filers

Best Wishes!
