(I cannot answer your question directly, but I will share with you some basic thoughts)

How many documents did you send in with your AOS? One friend told me to send a fool-proof case in with the AOS, including Pay Stubs, 3 years tax returns and W-2s, Letter from Employer (with some details about how the employer makes money), Bank Letters and Statements, Stocks Owned, Roth IRA and 401k information, Details on Property Owned, and other relevant financial information.

(It is the same type of information you would send if you were applying for a loan for a house).

The idea is that if you send a lot of information, it helps build a really solid case that you will not become dependent on the state in case of unemployment or hardship.

It will also help if you have a "difficult" person reviewing your case - giving them more information about why and how you would be able to support your beneficiary.

Anyhow that is all I can share, but to your point directly I am not sure how to answer.

Perhaps having additional information that you did not submit ready in case would be an option to explore.
