I-129F - where to submit

I'm getting close to submitting my I-129F. I live in Illinois and all the paperwork says to submit to the Nebraska Service Center. But it looks like they aren't processing these now (anymore?). Seems like everyone has been transferred to a different center. Should I submit to NSC still and let them transfer it? Should I submit directly to a different center? Is this just a temporary thing because of the IMBRA backup?

It will delay your NOA1 but you have no choice. Be prepared to wait.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm trying to update my info and timeline here. This site's been a big help so far. I have a feeling I'm gonna be on here a lot in the upcoming months.
