I'm about to file AOS. Do I need to submit a different set of evidence for each form?

I saw some sample cover letters on here that included a different set of evidence for each form,

I485

I765

I131

Can I just send one set of evidence with the I485 packet and have it cover everything that is included?

Copy of passport

Copy of I94

Copy of birth certificate

etc,etc...

No. Each form - the I-485. the I-765, and the I-131 - must be treated as it's own mini-packet (they get split up and processed in different locations) and each needs it's own copy of it's own required documentation.
