CSPA...good news or bad??

Hey everyone...i need some help...i got an RFE on my mom's F4 case which i sent on 22nd march of which i got a confirmation that it was received by NVC...since my pd is jan24,2000 which will get current on april 1,2010,i called the NVC regarding my CSPA...It took 5years 4months 11days for USCIS to adjudicate my mom's petition...i mean for approval...still when i called the NVC the operator told me that they were not able to make a decision on my case since the visa is not available to us...so they said that only the consulate will make a decision...so i asked whether i will be listed on interview?? op said NO...then she said that my parents need to ask the CO to apply CSPA for me along with relevant documents...i am afraid if the CO would refuse to hear about my CSPA then what??? i have already paid my DS_230 fees and sent DS-230 to the NVC...then how come i wont be listed on the interview??

i am very confused...right now my age is 22years and 9months...i havent heard of anyone getting a CSPA visa at mumbai consulate...so i am really very tensed....please people help me out...if the NVC doesnt ask for any further documents then would they complete my parents case??coz i have sent the original docs for my parents....PLEASE PEOPLE HELP ME OUT...

case completed : march 15,2010 and then april 2,2010 again...strange confirmed with operator.

sign in failed : 20th april,2010

interview date assigned on : 29th april,2010.

interview date : 18th june,2010 bombay consulate
