I believe you have to do this within a year. Someone quote me if I am wrong.

I believe you are correct. The K2 has to follow within that year. I believe you may have to file a petition if past that point.

01/05/12 - Mailed I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions.

01/09/12 - Petiton arrived us VSC.

11/15/12 - Wife Received ten year PR Card.

yeah if you are within that year, you are good to go...if not...file another petition for them...

You might want to call the USCIS and see what they have to say...you could possibly get it extended...dont know for sure though.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
