Chile, I know what Den is talking about, it can be quite confusing, hell I'm still a little confused.

While on my way to pick up hubby last Friday I missed my turn and got lost rofl.gif but I eventually figured it out. Tell Den to hang in there it will get easier.

Invest in a GPS yall trust me. Born and raised in Philly and I STILL get lost rofl.gif

You know Louis is been very achy and painy lately. I am scheduling him a physical next week. I was thinking how the USA has made him more lazy and out of shape. The night shift he is working is not agreeing with him either. PO THANG!! LOL...

I agree with you on that because Den use to be so active in JA...walking almost everywhere he had to go and running on the beach. Here, he just jumps in the car and we drive everywhere...poe thangs! Now that its warming up, we are walking the track after I get home from work.

Morning, how u feeling today mama?

Im doing good thank you. I decided to go to sleep last night with no pain meds and I slept pretty good. The machine they put me on yesterday to stretch my neck did wonders.

Im leaving work an hour early to go to see the hand specialist to see why I keep having so much pain in my pinky!

Good Morning. Happy Hump Day!

Just catching up a little. We went to dinner and the mall last night... glad I can come and go as I please again!

MrsTee... congrats on the compensation. That is nice, I like to know good things do happen.

Ells... sorry about the phone issues. That is our biggest bill. We don't use cell phones though, just a land line. Louis is really trying hard to keep it down. He realizes his friends can call him just the same if they want to. The most $$ goes to "mom calls" and I can't discipline him on those. smile.gif

On selective services.. if you do not register and you are under 25... then decide to try for loans etc for college.. you will get screwed. You MUST register, don't forget about it... I know this is just one bump you will hit there could be others. The reason I know this is because Tierra's jackass father never registered and then got in big trouble when he tried to get a student loan a couple years ago.

Congrats on the homecoming MsSheka! That is great news!

Den... he is not OLD!! What would that make me and Louis at 35??? LOL Jeesh! And now I am trying for this baby, I am going to need a walker when I am a few months along!!! LOL

Thank you Irie...these car things aint noooooooooo joke!

I think they're talking about the Selctive Service for males between the age 18-25 to register in the event of a draft for military!

I understand that but I think on the application to register to vote you have to tick a box or something off for the selective service... I need to go look at the voter registration application...

So I found that you can check to see if you're registered at www.sss.gov. You can also register online, supposedly. I tried to register Steven & it said his SS# isn't in their database, so we need to fill out a paper copy & mail it in. I might wait a month, though, to see if he gets in the system.

Thanks for asking. Physically Im feeling better than I have in a while...

Im a little bummed out today. I got the results back from "THE MATH TEST" - Results: Failed

I have my study guide with me again today and Im about to call the college and try to get a tutor. Im discouraged but not defeated. I only missed it by 4pts! sad.gif

Aww chica I’m so sorry ta hear dis ((((hugs)))). I think you need to wait a minute before studying. As long as you’re in a slump you won’t be able to retain information. Getting a tutor is good. I hear you about feeling down but not defeated. That is how I’m feeling bout NC. Its like dang I cant get a job for nothing. I know the economy is bad and all but they always have job postings and and I’m applying but I cant even get in the front door for an interview. I have my gorgeous house down there but I cant move until I have a job because I refuse to leave my something for nothing. I’m listening to gospel now trying to keep my spirits lifted and not give up. I know its just the devil trying to block my blessing.

Four points wow Mstee so close so I’m sure next time it will be a definite PASS….

Hey Dada wha gwaan yuh walk dis mawning? I went out to go walking and it started raining so I worked in the garden instead, planted my dasheen and cannad and cleaned out cat boxes.

No star mi walk in de evenings…

Mi naa figet yuh PM it soon come...

Ells, do you think his chatting will slow down once he's working? I'm counting on that & looking forward to reducing our minutes.

I got home from work today to find the apt cleaned, dinner cooked, and a bubble bath awaiting. I LOVE my husband.

That is fabulous Nat

Correct me if I'm wrong, I thought when you sue that you sue the insurance company, they pay you but the offender's premium goes up? How can you possibly sue the offendet?

The offenders insurance company not the offender directly, who cares if their premium goes up or not that is not my issue.

Well I called the salon and this ANNOYING chic named September answered... she had no personality and was very UNhelpful. My fave stylist had no openings until next week so I will call back. September can kiss my butt!! LOL

Tierra needs a cut too... so we can have a "salon day" together.
