hello I have a simple question but I have looked at some answers on different forums...Not helpful..more confusing.

Simple question. When I fill out the application 751 (removal of conditions) do get the fingerprints before (IF so how"?)

I think I fill out the application (with all documents and of course the $$$) and then they send me the appointment for the fingerprints.

Is this correct? any additional information I need to know? Please help! Thanks

You are correct.

They will send you a receipt notice, then later a biometrics (fingerprint & photo) appointment notice. Unless you are filing to remove conditions from abroad (then it's different). :star:

Otto und Karen is correct, you will have to file first then they will send you a notice of action which extend your status for 1 year, then you will receive a biometrics appointment. Just make sure you send the pplication within the last 90 days before your 2 tear GC expires.
