The form I-465 in the USCIS website expires on 12/31/2010 and from the visa journey expires on 11/30/2011. How come they are not the same? I am using the form from visajourney although it redirects me to the USCIS website anyway. any advise on this?

The link is correct - and the new form on the USCIS site is 12/31/2010.

You may have an earlier edition - 12/03/09 (N) is the current edition, what is the edition of the one you have that says 11/30/2011?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
