The above story is about a different style of wind turbine. I drive by one working model at night once a week. It looks to be about 25-30 feet in the air and spins with a small amount of wind. Does it pay for itself is another matter. No one is against green energy. It must pay for itself. It looks like you can buy stock in this company. If those people want to put their money where their mouth is .

This company seems to be working in a different direction. You have no need for a 150 ft tower.This is not an endorsement of this product. I just happen to pass by a working model and thought I would add fuel to the debate.My position on green energy is it has to pay for itself with out government assistance.I can see something like this providing power in Mongolia. To throw billions of dollars to 3rd world dictators that hate the US in the name of climate change is wrong. Sorry queen Hillary.
