Hi everyone...just getting ready here for the 1-864A to fill up....here is my case, petitioned my wife and 2 step-daughter in the Philippines....will I need to fill up EACH OF THEM THREE on the 1-864A form? Thanks in advance...now waiting for our NOA2...:) God Bless us all...

I-130 Sent : 2010-02-12

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-02-19

I-130 RFE :

I-130 RFE Sent :

I-130 Approved : 2010-04-27

NVC Received : 2010-05-03

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2010-05-06

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-05-08

Receive I-864 Package : 2010-05-11

Return Completed I-864 : 2010-05-22

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2010-05-12

Receive IV Bill : 2010-05-18

Pay IV Bill : 2010-05-20

Receive Instruction Package : 2010-05-21

JUNE 23, 2010 - MEDICAL PASSED!

RFE - resend JULY 3, 2010...NVC RECEIVED JULY 14! (ON THEIR SYSTEM)

Case Completed at NVC : AUGUST 16, 2010 (US time)

Interview Date: OCTOBER 4, 2010 ~~~THANKS SO MUCH GOD ALMIGHTY! =)

Interview: APPROVED (Thanks so much Lord)...God is really Good...

i believe the instructions say that you need to fill one I-864 (no 864A) and photocopy for the rest...I have to do some searching to verify though...but I think I remember reading that somewhere.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

here it is on the checklist page of the instructions undser for some sponsors:

If you are sponsoring more than one intending immigrant listed on the same affidavit of support, photocopies of the original affidavit of support may be submitted for any additional intending immigrants listed. Copies of supportingdocumentation are not required for these family members.
