Hi folks,I am new here & would like some advice.

Our Petition has been excepted for a K-1 Visa and it will be a couple of months before it will be sent to manila NOA2 , yesterday I was looking at the Petition & noticed on the I 129F my fiancee`s 13 yr old sons bithdate ( he is not a party to the Petition ) was wrong . Also on the G235A , I think I might have not signed it.

What should I do ? or can do ?, we are NOA1 waiting for NOA2

contact them now before it goes to manila ( some kind of form to use or hand written letter ),

waite 2 see if they find it & notify me ( delay`s )

waite until it gets to manila & have Fiancee give them a letter with the corrections, if asked.

have fiancee give to the interviewer along with her folder & explain the problems ( maybe avoide being put on AR )

should these corrections be Notrized ?

other ??

thanks for your replys

lar

Hi peeps!! can anyone help out with this case???? :help:

Bcos i might be experiencing dat on my way to my interview, in my case was ... my fiance mistyped the day of my son birthdate, but we already approved by NVC the NOA1, NOA2, no RFE, passed to manila embassy, it shows into my appointment letter wrong day of my son birthdate.

Is this gonna be a hindrance to my approval for visa?? might i experienced AR with this?? im talking this with my fiance bcos ive noticed this after he send me copies of his files sent to NVC. for me to bring along to the interview. only the error were into I-129F but in G325 doesnt notice of birthdate there.

Altho my finace sent with his petition all the copied docs ive sent to him, i dont know why they dont even noticed the errors.

any ideas will be a big help, thanks so much!

Do you know if what a cemonar is they suspect that your fiancee was married before and they want proof that she wasn't married.

Hi guys!!!

As for everyone info's:

CENOMAR (Cert. of No Marriage) is like an NSO paper cert. from Civil Registry, that in my case is like ........

(1) It's prioritize to prove my singleness, dat never ever been married and proofing being registered within

the name of my father and mother as it will showed in the certificate.

other important reason is dat............

(2) I have a child out of wedlock, means never been married even once, even i have my own son already,

that piece of paper is a proof for me that no one will be a hindrance for me to bring my son along with

me out of the country, that i will never asked for DSWD certificate also bcos my son is solely in my

custody or name and no marriage had occured in my name.

hope this will be help .... for curiosity.

regards to everyone!

HI TooBIg, Jasman :)

Just collecting people advises for me....

The case is ........ got the appointment letter from st. lukes and saw my son name wrong spelling. Which i simply thought they mistype it for some reason, but ive received my packet (2nd copy) from delbros delivery and got still the name of my son wrong spelling on our appointment letter. hmmm  actually i proofread all xerox docs my fiance submitted to NVC it was printed clearly, and the G235 i filled up with my penmanship is so clear to read wats the diffrence between LLOYD to LLOVD & JULIAN to JUIAN ... geeeezzzz hehehehe whistling.gif

Isn't it , if we committed typo-errors in encoding forms or filling up by penmanship the forms, we should have been noted by RFE from NVC at first. But as you could see my signature down, we dont received any RFE's from the time of filing the petition, that weve sent complete info's & documents needed. So i was just thinking it is embassy discrepancy and not ours.... BUT As for now not UNTIL my interview date occurs, its so unknown to me who commit the errors, and im into my interview by next week and i dont want that trouble be a cause for an AR result. tho i will making sure on that day of interview, i got all documents since from our parents, ourselves, fiancee divorce/widow, till my son and to my singleness ... i bring all originals documents for them to see.

Since my fiancee arriving anytime, could we get affidavit of discrepancy even were not sure its our fault and getting it here locally but since the docs was all filed in NVC overseas?

Regards & God Bless! :D

Since your original application is correct, I think you could just ask them to correct it at the interview.

Hi,

everyone my first time on the site. Can anyone give the name or website of a good reasonable attorney in Manila? I'm trying to find someone who has used an attorney their to help process my fiances documents and prepare her for the interview. Thanks

Kellje1,

You don't need to hire an attorney. Read the guide below and if you have questions, just post it and everyone here will guide you through. It's fairly easy.
