I am a UK citizen married to an American citizen. Today I recieved my Visa appointment for 12th April in London however I need to reshedule as I have booked flights to go see my Husband in the USA on the 7th April returning to the UK on 25th June!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone got any information on how easy/hard this is to do????? Can anyone give me advice as I am upset about this situation.

You should contact the consulate. It will be up to them as to when you can reshedule your interview

PS - Anyway you could reshedule your trip to the US? Looks like you'll delay your case now by months

April 29, 2013 - NOA1 for petition received

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen
