i need some information on how to change the embassy/consulate. when i filled out the i-130 my wife, she was living in costa rica. now she wants to go back to colombia (thats were she is from). how do i go about changing the embassy from costa rica to colombia. and if anybody has done this how much longer did it take. thank you

You would just deal with it at the NVC stage. You DO know that K3 is dead, right. Study the CR1 guide here and inform NVC your spouse has returned to Colombia and needs Consular processing in Bogota.
