call 02-301-2000 and operator will answer you, then dial again 7 and then operator will again answer and dial local# 5184# or 5185#...You can used your cellphone to call that number and no hassle.

How do you dial 02 301 2000 from a cellphone?

Also can you dial the 1-909-877-9888 from a cellphone or does my fiance need to go to a pldt center...I am here in Philippines so cant call the 1-888-877-9888

Advice please we are finally ready for the interview...need to do this Wednesday as the NOA2 expires April 4....(120 days right?)

Hello, you cant use ur cellphone calling the embassy. Only PLDT landline, you can call operator or if you have DDD. Thats the only way to call them. And make sure you have ur case number ready or passport number just in case they ask you. :)
