Hi, what city did you get married in? Do you remember the name of the judge? My fiancee and I want to marry in the Philippines but my job won't allow me to take a lot of time off. Feel free to send me a personal email if you want. Thanks for your help

This is an incredibly old thread, but to give you an answer you need to realize that legally the civil registry in the Philippines cannot issue a marriage license without having the application posted in public for 10 days. Yes, there are people that have managed to avoid the queue through charm, graft, or influence. What they have done is illegal however and can, in some cases, come back to cause them trouble. If you truly want to get married in the Philippines you really should set aside a minimum of two weeks for your stay and even that is pushing you into a tight schedule. I stayed a full month and I still felt it was a whirlwind affair.
