I'm almost ready to send my wife's AOS but i have a question. On the I-131 travel document form: She came to the US as a K-1 visa and we got married and the whole nine yards. and She wants to travel back home to Moscow by the end of April, and also she wants travel to Turkey to go to her best friend's wedding in July. In her case does she has to file for Advance Parole or re-rentry on the travel document?

OK - so there's no confusion - you guys will be filing AOS (for HER) right? Yes or NO

If you are - the fee for the I-131 (on which you would choose AP) is waived (so it's free).

You - the US Citizen, does not need AP.

If you file RIGHT NOW, she may or may not get it by the end of April.
