Visa dilema

Hello every one, yesterday my fiancee had her interview at the Kiev embassy, the CO told her she will get a visa but she need it to take back to the embassy more proof of our relationship like more e-mails and IM records or Skype records. she got the pink slip and they kept her passport. she took back to the embassy more than 100 e-mails and Skype chat records of us, and gave it to the security guard. Now we are wondering if she is going to get her visa or not? any insights? I sent an e-mail yesterday asking if the documents were handed to the right person at the embassy but not response yet on that e-mail. does any body knows if is there a phone number I can call to?

To preface the comments. I know Jo and Sveta. Just in case people think of mcat's case and compare.

I told him that they kept the passport, so it's good. Also, Sveta told me that CO pretty much said the visa will be issued after there's more communication proof.

Jo, I personally think it is because you guys communicate via having friends help out with translation (Sveta told me sha told CO that), so that's why I think that's why you guys had to bring more communication proof.

In all likelihood, yes. They kept her passport, that is a good sign. I would expect they will release the visa within a few days.

If you mean that someone else will assume you are talking out your @ss or get jealous that you know something we don't, jump all over you with both feet and assume you are giving bad advice...no, really only one person is like that. The rest of us see you give valid information and assuem you may know more than we do. Nor will I encourage the OP to abandon his visa because of a little snag as Mcat was advised. Though as it turns out for Mcat...well, NM.

Jo posted everything there is to know. I have no inside information to disclose. All I've done for Jo and Sveta is translate russian to english and back for them. When he needed to ask a question, I advised him to post on these boards without giving him an advice of my own, because I don't know the answer to this question.
