Is everything ok with my NOA2? CR1/IR1

Hi everybody,

I'm so confused about my NOA2.

Look :

" The above petition has been aproved. The pettition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. The evidience indicates that he or she is not eligible to file an adjusment of status application. This determination is based on the information submitted with the pettition and any relaitin files. If the person for whom you are petitioning belivies that he or she is eligible for adjustment of status, then he or she should contact local USCIS office for more information.

Because the person for whom you are petitioning is not eligible to adjust, we have sent the approved petition to the Department of State National Visa Center ( NVC) ... "

The problem is that my wife had never been in the USA.

We waiting for CR1/IR1 .

Should we contact USCIS, or wait for NVC answer?

Contact USCIS and NVC to correct the mistake. Waiting on them to act may delay your case

April 29, 2013 - NOA1 for petition received

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

contact USCIS to correct this mistake..

04-29-2010...Interview date assigned via Operator & email received...

06-02-2010...Medical Exam @consultorio de visas,Sto Dgo.

06-16-2010....Interview @ Santo Domingo 7.30 A.M. APPROVED

08-06-2010..... POE date @ Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta.. connecting flight to Washington DC
