Just had our Biometrics last Feb.05,2009,and before that we got a letter from USCIS asking for a Initial Evidence (I 485)

for my 2 kids. here's what it said;

You have indicated that you last entered the united states as a K or V non immigrant.Please submit a properly completed and signed copy of the medical exam conducted overseas on form DS-2053,Medical Examination for Immigrant or Refugee Applicant,for the applicant on form I-485.

If you do not have a completed form DS-2053,please submit a properly completed signed form I-693,Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record,for the applicant on form I-485.The Medical examination must be conducted by a civil surgeon who has been designated by USCIS and must be issued within one year of filing form I 485.

The Vaccination Worksheet that we got from St.Lukes Says Vaccine history incomplete (it has a check on it) also i found out that my 2 kids is positive in TB test,so when we got here in US we have to continue the other vaccines that we needed to have.So anyway,

we transcribed our Vaccination worksheet to Dr. Arnold,into I-693 and i got an envelope says DO NOT OPEN,so i send it to our lawyer including all the documents needed to file for AOS,and i think 3 weeks ago the Health Department Doc.in our place told us that she got a letter from Immigration asking her to Treatment the kids,so she took a tb test and the result is Negative so in the next day she told us the she already sent back the letter in Immigration regarding the Tb test of my 2 kids.We called Dr. Arnold yesterday and the lady said she have no idea about the Immigration asking about.So,im confused about this I dont know what the problem is,is it about the Tb test? or do u think they lost the I693 from Dr. Arnold? What should i do now? should i send them again the Vaccination Worksheet? pls. need your help guys.Thanks

It sounds like your medical might have been misplaced. Perhaps you should resend the vaccination worksheet.
