I-130/485/765 filing concurrently

:help: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,

I would like to file i-130 and I-485 (along with I-765) concurrently for marriage-based (with US citizen) GC application. Can someone please clarify how exactly I should put all the applications together in one envelope?

Someone on the forum suggested that it was best to separate applications (with supporting documents) using different folders.

However, my questions is...

*Both I-130 & I-485 request G325A. Should I attach all 8 copies of G325A (4 for me and 4 for my husband) only with I-130? Or should I print out another 8 copies to attach to I-485 as well? Or should I put I-485 and I-130 apps together?

Thank you

My suggestion is that you should treat every application separately and include every atachment it asks for. Write one form G-325A and copy it and attach to both forms.

I separated them putting every form with supporting evidence in separate envelopes and then all together in one big envelope.

Good luck.
