I am a k1 holder when i got her in the US..before 90 days me and my fiance got married....March 18 we sent our AOS at chicago USCIS and a week ago we got letter from them which is the NOA1..A week ago again from the date that i got the NOA1 i got another letter for my biometric..i took it last april at memphis TN..Now im wondering because some of my friend they sent thiers papers one week ahead of my AOS papers..They got already thier Green card with out interview because they got letter from USCIS that thier AOS case was forwarded to california..

My question is what kind of requirements or papers work that i need to do so that my AOS case its should be forwarded to california..?

There is nothing you can do. They make that decision themselves, and no one here knows for sure what their deciding factor is... so long as you have submitted everything to their satisfaction...

I am one of the lucky ones who got transferred to CSC, but I have no idea why. Nobody really seems to know. The only thing I've read that sheds a little light on the selection process was that the intent of transferring certain AOS cases to CSC for streamlined processing is to relieve overloading at local offices that are processing I-485's more slowly. There is a separate thread with a lot of interesting discussion on this topic, so you might want to check it out:
