I am a k1 holder when i got her in the US..before 90 days me and my fiance got married....March 18 we sent our AOS at chicago USCIS and a week ago we got letter from them which is the NOA1..A week ago again from the date that i got the NOA1 i got another letter for my biometric..i took it last april at memphis TN..Now im wondering because some of my friend they sent thiers papers one week ahead of my AOS papers..They got already thier Green card with out interview because they got letter from USCIS that thier AOS case was forwarded to california..

My question is what kind of requirements or papers work that i need to do so that my AOS case its should be forwarded to california..?

03-18-06 sent my AOS chicago

03-24-06 NOA1

03-31-06 Got schedule my Biometric

11-28-06 interview for GC

There is nothing you can do. They make that decision themselves, and no one here knows for sure what their deciding factor is... so long as you have submitted everything to their satisfaction...

I am one of the lucky ones who got transferred to CSC, but I have no idea why. Nobody really seems to know. The only thing I've read that sheds a little light on the selection process was that the intent of transferring certain AOS cases to CSC for streamlined processing is to relieve overloading at local offices that are processing I-485's more slowly. June 7, 2006 ...... Mailed AOS/EAD paperwork to Chicago Lockbox

June 8, 2006 ...... Realized that we failed to send passport photos for I-765;
awaiting RFE!

June 9, 2006 ...... AOS/EAD package delivered

June 15, 2006 .... NOA issued for AOS/EAD

July 1, 2006 ........ Biometrics appointment

July 3, 2006 ........ AOS & EAD touched

July 17, 2006 ...... AOS transferred to CSC
