Congrats drelewis! It's wonderful, isn't it? Of course it lasts about two seconds before you start frantically reading the AOS guidelines :D

Paul's heading over soon (never soon enough - but soon) then we're getting married on October 7th. Someone at church told me if I put rosaries on the bushes outside of the church/reception site I'll have good weather for my big day. Here's hoping, my decorations mainly consist of the stained glass in the church. This is our photographer AND the church we're getting married in (but we're not nikki and bob :D ).

Its 100 out, I live on the sun...

And so he did what countless punk-rock songs had told him to do so many times before: he lived his life

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Good luck out there!

Andre,

This kind of wait goes WAYYYY faster than the wait we're all used to.

This is the good kind !

Actually, you are probably going to get a fine price on that flight, seeing as it is in October.

Graham enjoyed meeting you last week. He said you were one of the most pleasant and friendly people he's ever met. Thank you for chatting with him, and keeping him engaged. I know that when he is stressed, he needs to be kept busy-it seems to keep him calm. Cheers for that.

What's going to be your POE?

I hope it goes fast because its killing me now knowing that its only myself which is stopping me, i guess its better to continue to work to get extra money than go over and sit and do nothing i mean i will get a good 3 months of doing nothing but xbox and house work :P

It was great talking to Graham he is a great guy, when i am stressed or nervous i want to talk which helped me no end!!

As for my POE i will be going to Chicago i think as its not to far from Indianapolis. Only a connecting flight of 45 mins or a 3 hour drive.
