Does anyone here have any data on people who have been stoked and ROC interviews? We already had 2 interviews and my wife is not doing so well physically so we're worried about it. Not to mention after our bad experience we would have to bring a lawyer.

11/15/2007 Stoked on first interivew. Got everything right but officer had a problem with age difference.

04/14/2008 Stokes interview. Approved in less than 5 mins with no questions asked.

04/17/2008 Card Production Ordered.

04/22/2008 Received Green Card.

There are very slim changes that they will request you for an interview. Most people get approved without it.

N-400 Naturalization Timeline

Also, don't get freaked out if you do get called for an interview. Someone here just in the last week or so posted that during their RoC interview, the IO said that selections are done randomly, based on a percentage quota that varies from office to office. So being selected doesn't mean you've done anything wrong, or that there was necessarily anything wrong with your RoC packet evidences.

Interviews at the local office depend on 4 factors:

1. A quality control pull.

2. The quantity and quality of evidence does not satisfy the service center director.

3. Spouses living far from each other. Military bases, overseas, etc.

4. Waivers.
