Hey everybody!

For people who are my friends on here or others who have read my past posts, I'm finally happy and positive to say that Im finally sending in the K-1 petition...after all those months of talking about it, I'm finally doing it lol. After seeing people Ive talked to who have already sent in and got approved, I know I needed to get moving quick, so my 2 questions. First, now that Im sending it in, it seems that I have to wait for a new form for the I-129f to come out since it expired on the 31st of Jan. so how long will it take for the new version to come out, or can I just send it now? and the second question is, since I just started working for my dad's construction business, I dont get any pay stubs and probably wont get a tax return for it, I know I will need some type of a return for them. So, being as I work, techincally under ther table, how will it pose as a problem when she gets that interview? I sorta have a funny feeling for that, so Im already looking for a job that will give me the necessary things, just in case. Well, Im hoping for some positive advice from everybody, especially from friends, Thanks.

on the USCIS website it says: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

07/30/07, 11/24/06 editions can be used, no other editions accepted. Please note that USCIS is currently accepting the 07/30/07 version of Form I-129F despite the fact that it has passed its expiration date. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is still reviewing our request for an extension of this form. We will post the form with the new expiration date once OMB approves it. In the meantime, continue to use the form provided here.

As far as your income...you do file a tax return that does show you make the poverty line right? If not, you will need a co-sponsor. I have read where Manila is pretty critical of having co-sponsor's with a fiancee visa. Hopefully you wont have any problems from them or the IRS if they find out that you were getting "paid under the table." So since you dont pay taxes on that, you can't mention that income..
