Hi All

Woke this am to find an email from CRIS saying my case has been transfered to CSC for processing.

After reading many posts here i take this as good news, :dance::dance::dance:

My problem is, I applied for my 2 childrens AOS at the same time as me, we all used exactly the same Affidavit of support info and forms and co-sponsor info and forms, but on 28 June i got an RFE for each of my childrens applications concerning the sponsor and co-sponsor info.

I didn't get an RFE for my case

I returned the RFE's and info on 6th July and Lees Summit recieved them on the 8th July, (tracked them online with usps) i have had no touches on my childrens cases since 7th July...(biometrics date) not even one to say they recieved the RFE info.

I am just wondering if any one has any idea what has happened to my childrens cases and why they haven't been transfered along with mine, and how i can get intouch with some one who will know what is happening and why i haven't had any confirmation reguarding the RFE's being recieved, i tried the mis-information line but they were no help at all

Lost of questions there but i'm starting to worry again as i noticed other people who have had RFE nearly always seem to get a touch saying the RFE was recieved.
