Name to use on I129 Packet

We have a name issue and are unsure which name we should use. Her name is misspelled on her birth certificate and she is in the process of changing the spelling and then will correct her passport. However, the process is started and she will not have her birth certificate until probably March. We have started to fill out papers for K1 fiancé VISA and want to mail in the packet as soon as possible after I return from visiting her next month. Would like to have the packet sent off around 2/22.

What name should we put on the forms...use her misspelled name on the name and put the correct spelling under other names used

OR

put the name the way it will be changed and use the misspelled name under other names....

We would like to expedite this process as smoothly and fast as possible so don't want to have rejected because of this name spelling change.

if she'd change her name, she'd also have to provide documents for name change

Yes, we know that...her middle name is misspelled on her birth cert and she wants it changed before she comes here. She is in the process of getting that changed to the correct spelling....but on the forms should we use her name the way it is currently on the birth certificate and put her name the correct way on the form under "other names used"

OR

put the correct name spelling (which is currently being changed) in the name and put her misspelled name under "other names used?

her birth certificate will be required only when the case reaches the embassy, not yet in the initial filing of the petition

if you could provide another proof of name change... any affidavit, use her correct name in the i-129f and attach the affidavit... say any paper that's notarized... no need for birth certificate yet for the i-129f
