While I am filling out the 129f I’m assuming it all has to be in English right? My fiancée is Korean, so when filling out her name in the blocks do they want it in Korean to match what is on her original documents or translated to English? Same for her address and such as well?

Also when I was filling out the 129 I noticed that on the top of the page was an expiration date, does this form have to be received at the service center before that date expires?

If you got your forms from visajourney then you have no reason to worry about the expiration date. As far as the name and address, Everything should be in English with the exception of "Name in Native Alphabet If not Roman ect" which in your case means Korean. I know chinese uses Pinyin to trancribe characters into the Roman Alphabet, does Korea also have something like that? Its been a long time since I learned about Korea so I can't remember.... if they don't a translation into English is fine.
