I read it in another thread that we have to leave it blank and just fill in our address in "To" Section. I am assuming Consulate will stamp the "From" portion with their address

Just curious as to the answer about the Xpresspost envelope: what should one put as the "from" address? The address of the consulate, or...?

I asked!1 You address it TO yourself and leave the FROM blank...and you have to write down the tracking number because they are technically the agents sending it so they keep all the paperwork attatched to the envelope!

FYI...Remove envelope that is stapled to the exray...and make sure there are no staples left in said envelope!!

They do not want your x-ray..that is for you to take to your new doctor in the states.....

you know how nervous I was for this medical examination?! (I hate going to the doctor, just do) worst feeling ever, but you know nothing to worry about just be very honest with everything/anything you have when you are asked... you will be fine for sure =)

Dr. Seiden and people in the office were very very nice and make you really comfortable, if you have any questions about anything let me know, i know the feeling of being so worried about it... it will be over soon =)

Thank you so much TorontoRN. I guess you are just like me...hate doctors and imagine I wanted to be a doctor when I was little I have everything in order: my passport, pictures, money, immunization record, blood test report for immunizations...I think this is it. Did I miss anything?

I'll feel so much much better when this is done.

In purchasing Xpresspost mailers at Canada Post, please note the following:

• The mailer should be the 314 mm x 394 mm size (12 inches by 15 inches)

• For return addresses in Quebec and Ontario, you may use a “Regional” Xpresspost mailer. All other addresses require a “National” Xpresspost mailer.

• The Xpresspost envelope(s) must be prepaid. The price will vary according to the mailing destination. Be sure to mention your return address to Canada Post staff.

• Address the envelope(s) to an address inside Canada. We cannot send completed visas to addresses outside Canada, including the United States. You must use the visa to enter the United States from outside of the United States.

• Mark the mailing label “signature required” to ensure that someone at the destination address has to sign for the envelope. This will ensure that your passport and visa, which are valuable documents, will not be left unattended.

I wanted to see my doctor before going to my medical and I was able to see him yesterday... I have to call Medisys for my appointment, but they had plenty of availabilities when I called them, so I should be checked and inspected this week (hate, hate, hate to think about it!)

As long as insomnia is not on their list of bad conditions

Can I post a list of all the documents I bring to the interview, just to make sure I'm not forgetting something? please please?
