Hello to everyone. I am a principal applicant under F4 category. My derivative benificiaries are my two young sons and my spouse who is working overseas. My interview is on January 25, 2010. I can keep this interview date for the three of us and my husband will have his on a separate date [April] I thought everything will go smoothly as planned until last week when I had my Physical Exam at St. Lukes. The receptionist there told me that if the four of us will travel on the same date, my medical result will not be released until my spouse had his physical exam. all our result will be relesed at the same time. I told her I need it because I will have my interview ahead of him. She said if that is the case we need to leave the country first and he will just follow. Is this true? somebody told me that principal applicant and derivatives should travel together.

I really wanted to have all our interview on the same date but that would mean I need to wait til April. I do not want to wait that long so that I have enough time to dispose our properties. And I want to arrive in the US this June, so that the kids can settle first before they start in their new school.

Thanks
