Our I-130 is approved. If I get K3 and go to the United States, will I have to go back to my country for an interview for a green card?? Or I can still file Adjustment of Status when I arrive in the United States? I thought I could file Adjustment of Status "before" I-130 was approved, so now it is approved and I feel like I should stay and wait in my country. Can someone advise me please??

The K3 allows you to come to America. Once here, you can file for AOS and you will be interviewed in the USA. You will not have to go back to your home country for the interview.
