You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

This is a strange new batty world for JA men! LOL! Lehi is also having to learn 'tolerance'.

...

Props to all the parents out there who do DO it!

Echo both of those thoughts

Awesome, are you guys planning a return trip together to JA?

In November, yes. But the goal is for him to take a trip there alone for about 2 weeks, before he starts working. Since EAD was approved today, as soon as AP is in hand, he's on the next [affordable] flight! And the day he comes back, he can get a JOB!!!!!!!! (We're both VERY excited about that!)

And I am not relaxed anymore. I am 6 months post. I am transitioning with braids. NEVER PERMING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We really need an update list. Imma take the old one and try to bring it up to speed...

Yay, MrsTee! Cause you see I haven't kept it up to date.

Nat have you heard anything from the RGD yet about the birth certificates?

 Turns out they arrived only 9 days after we ordered them online. They were in a big pile of papers the housekeeper stacks whenever she cleans up.

Congrats Nat,

Good afternoon yardies. I am counting the days for my wife's interview Feb 25. My mother in law had called me last week and I told she that I missed the CURRY Goat. She said son you got it. You want fish too and I said Yea. I missed the curry goat and steamed fish. Keep us in the prayers because I have been praying hard that the interview goes well.

Dang Sus you serious bout that thing aren't you? I'm not a fan of too much hair on a man unless its dreads!

I LOVE long hair on men. But it is difficult to maintain. Steven intends to get his locks started when he goes to Ja soon, as it'll be much cheaper to start there than here.

Congrats Nat! Is he happy? I'm guessing so but just wondering his reaction.

lol I called & told him. He was still asleep, and barely reacted. I'll catch his real reaction when I get home.

I'm happy for you guys Nat. I know Steve is looking forward to returning home.

You know I'm all fast in the tail...you know I had to tell on y'all about them birth certificates

It was so cute, I remember you asking...should I tell them we got them and we all were like no cause they probably not planning to follow up any ways

ells roger don't like nothing but jamaican, chinese and burgers..

tex mex and mexican he hate to even look at.. i was so excited when bunzy told me that had a mexican restaurant in ja.. him say.. nobody but tourist prolly go there LOL

Lehi has been pretty good about trying everything. He likes Thai, loves burgers & Chinese too & when he first came here, decided if he had to give up JA food, he'd trade for Mexican. He has since changed his mind but he was pretty fond of the big burritos at the taquerias. He even gave Indian food a 2nd chance & the 2nd time didn't mess up his stomach. We'll be trying Vietnamese & Filipino as soon as we have some extra $$.

Don't worry Myjam....everything is going to be just fine!
