After I-130 approved, what is the next step?

I am a permanent resident and my wife is an international student in the United States until present. I filed form I-130 for her two years ago. Now Jan 2010, I-130 was approved. I would like know about next step after I-130 approved. Can she stay in the US without going to school or not? Is there any way to stay in the US?

How can I check Immigation VISA number available to file fore I-485 for her. Please help me as soon as possible. I am in financial difficult and can no longer afford to pay the fee for her school. Please Help me
