We sent our papers to Laguna Miguel - CSC on July, 07th, USCIS received it on July, 10th. (We tracked it on USPS) but the check has not been cashed so far... We haven't received any letter from USCIS so far... Nothing... My fiance called USCIS but the operator said she just could say anything after waiting for 30 days... :o

Well, anyway that we have to wait: i know it! But there is someone in the same situation? Or there is someone that sent it after July, 7th and already got NOA1?

Just checking it out.

Thanks guys and good vibes from Brazil!

Currently CSC is taking up to a month to get NOA1s out. Hopefully as the backlog starts going away they will speed up again. After the 7th of August I would check again.

I mailed my I-129 to CSC on June 29 ...... and I still have nothing to show for it (not even a cashed check).

I think our apps are going to sit in the CSC mail room until the backload from the IMBRA disaster is taken care of.

One thing to remember is that your NOA1 date is based on when they logged it in. I didnt get my notice mailed out until the 22nd of March, but my receipt date (official NOA1 date) is the 15th of March.

So if they logged it in, that will be the date on your NOA1 listed as "received date" that is the date that counts.

Of course since CSC doesnt seem to care about that right now, it doesnt mean much.
