AOS Application Fees, I can't believe it!

Has the fee changed? I've read that it costs $1010 for all in all (AOS,EAD,AP). But when I went to the USCIS website, it says there that it costs: $930 or $1000, Im not sure which of these two is the right one for I-485, $305 (for I-131 or the travel Document), $340 for Employment Authorization. Oh my goodness!!! Is this really what it will cost, not including the medical. Oh my I can't believe it.

Yea, that's it. I hate it. When we first went through this about 5 years ago, the AOS was only like 300 dollars. Part of that $1010 is biometrics, so that's why it has the two different amounts. The $1010 has the biometrics fee included in it. It's a little nuts! But if you file the EAD with the AOS, it's free.

Total cost for the AOS (K-1) is $1010.00 - if you wish to include the AP/EAD - they are "free" since you are filing for the AOS. You do not pay seperately for them. Fee Schedule

Also - you will need to consider the cost of the medical if needed, ($50-$350).
