Hi folks!

We had submitted our AOS and DS230 packages and it was delivered to the NVC Dec 21st, 2009. Today my husband called the NVC automated voice system and we discovered our case were completed Jan. 5, 2010  What a wonderful start on a new year/decade!

I´ve previously read in this forum that if a case is approved before the 15th of the month ( before the 2nd week of the month) the interview date is usually the next month- which in our case will be February. Does anyone know if that´s based on facts or luck ?.

Do the NVC email me the interview date, send it by letter or should we call them?

Just trying to find out what´s next :)

Sending out our best wishes to everyone here going through this emotional rollercoaster the immigration process has been for us..
